Kratos knows a request for his presence when he hears one, so he tells Zelos yes he will come with, and then sets about returning his things to his bag as Lloyd speaks. There's no reason to take the bag with him, so he leaves it where he was sitting, getting to his feet. He gestures for Zelos to lead the way and then follows.

Zelos probably wants to ask him another question, but Kratos isn't exactly in a hurry to find out what it is, and has no idea what to talk about otherwise, so he just waits for Zelos to say something.
