Malos laughs, a little, at Zelos' complaint. "Hey, they'll be back by morning," he says, arms folded over his chest. "Rain's nice, anyway-- maybe not pretty to look at, but always welcome."
He sends a sidelong look at Zelos, abruptly realizing that maybe... No. Zelos has to have seen rain before, right? Maybe he's never been out in it, though. Malos flicks his gaze up to the sky and even though he doesn't believe that the Architect is worth shit if he exists he offers up a quick prayer for it to just rain already.
"Guess I might enjoy it more because I spent most of this life living near a desert," Malos admits. "Happens so rarely it's always a treat."
Curiosity gets the better of him, even though he knows he probably shouldn't ask, because there's no way the answer isn't yes, but--
"You've seen rain before, right?" he asks, looking at Zelos again.
