Sheena looks up at Mithos blankly for a moment, not quite processing what it is he's asking. She must look awful, worse than she'd really want anyone seeing her, but that's pretty far down on the list of things she cares about right now.

"Before he's--" she starts, and then stops as something clicks for her, and she doesn't make it all the way to a smile but she doesn't look quite so crushed as she had a moment ago. She wipes her face off on one sleeve, swallowing hard. "Here," she says, unfolding her other hand from around Zelos's core crystal to reveal it. There are pale lines on her palm, where the edges had dug into it.
