"No, yeah, that makes sense," Anna says, quick and easy. "Just checking." It occurs to her now that anything more than bare-handed would be a horrible idea without a healing blade around, anyway.
She starts to say more-- something unimportant, but closes her mouth the moment Sheena muses about Zelos. Anna blinks in surprise. Has... Sheena really been holding his core crystal this whole time? Not that she blames Sheena, but she's surprised she didn't notice...
Anna keeps her mouth shut, because Sheena's musing felt somewhat rhetorical, and saying something like yeah you probably should would just make Anna kind of an asshole. She turns her attention to Kratos when Sheena does, raising her eyebrows in silent question in a way that - even after five years - they're still capable of doing. (Though, maybe Sheena's own silent question was as loud to Kratos as it was to Anna.) Kratos nods, signs something that might have been "fine by me", and so Anna turns back to Sheena, translating for Kratos:
"Kratos says he can hold onto Zelos, if that's alright with you," Anna says, which isn't exactly what Kratos said, no, but she knows him well enough to know that's pretty close to what he would have said, had he better means of communicating with them right now. Even still, Anna pitches the end of her sentence up in question, looking to Kratos again for confirmation.
Kratos nods, deliberate, his gaze remaining fixed on Sheena.
